Shipping
Most orders ship within two business days or less. We recommend USPS First Class Mail for individual flag and mailbox cover orders due to weight and savings in postage fees to you. Orders of two or more flags and mailbox covers must ship Priority Mail or UPS due to weight. If you need it in a hurry, Priority Mail and UPS are always an option upon checkout. Shipping is calculated real time by weight, we do not mark up our shipping charges or "hide" them in the price of our products. You pay the actual fee charged to us for shipping. We don't believe in low pricing with inflated shipping charges or high product prices with low shipping charges. Individual flags and mailbox covers ship for less than $3.00 and since we use real time shipping, additional items will most likely not add much to the shipping charge. Our customer determines the method of shipping, not us! Before checkout, you can view each shipping service and pick which one works for you. No hidden charges at the end of your transaction, and no handling fees added on after the fact. Customer service and honesty have made us successful, why change what works!

Return Policy
We are proud of our products and will back their quality. Items may be returned for a full refund or credit if the returned items meet the following criteria:
•Items must be returned within 30 days of original order date.
•A minimum restocking fee of 15% will be applied to all returns over 30 days from date of purchase.
•Items must be returned, in good condition, in the original, unopened manufacturer’s packaging, and include all accessories, manuals, brochures and manufacturer documentation.
•A Return Authorization Number must accompany your returned item. You must contact our Customer Service staff at sales@LawnandHouseDecor.com or 401-450-9718 and obtain a Return Authorization Number before returning the products.
•You are responsible for shipping and insuring the product once you have received a Return Authorization Number from us.
Returning items
•Please call our customer service line at 1-401-450-9718 or e-mail (weekdays, 4:00PM - 9:00PM EST )
•Our customer service staff will issue you a Return Authorization Number which will be used to identify the return shipment for processing your credit or refund.
•We cannot accept any returned items without a previously assigned Return Authorization Number.
•We will pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
After we have received and inspected the returned items, credit will be issued within 2 business days.
If you believe there is a problem with your order, please call us at 1-401-450-9718 or e-mail us before breaking the seal and opening the product.
If we mistakenly ship the wrong item or a defective item, we will take responsibility for re-sending the correct item(s) and having the product(s) returned to us at our expense.
