Is your site secure?
You bet, we use 256 bit encryption through Go Daddy to make sure your information is secure.  Also, we DO NOT store your credit card information on our servers.
The only information we store is your name, address, phone number, e-mail address and order history.

What size mailboxes will your covers fit?
Our covers fit two sizes of mailboxes. The standard covers fit all rural T1 boxes which measure 6.5" x 15".
Large size mailbox covers fit mailboxes that measure 8" x 21".

Do you have covers for jumbo size mailboxes?
Jumbo size covers are not available at this time.

How do the magnetic mailbox covers attach?
Each cover has a magnetic strip on the bottom of each side.  This durable strip magnetically attaches to your metal mailbox.

I have a plastic mailbox, can I use the covers you sell?
We offer the remarkable MailWraps Adapter Kit for plastic mailboxes. Just peel off the self-adhesive backing to attach the "magnet receiver strips" to each side of your plastic (or aluminum) mailbox. MailWraps magnetic mailbox covers then stick just as if the mailbox were made of steel.

Can you re-use the mailbox cover?
Of course you can! That's the beauty of the covers. After the season or holiday has passed, simply store it away for next year.

Does the design show on both sides of the mailbox?
Yes!  Both sides contain the same design and the Addressable mailbox covers have your house number on each side also.

What if the address number is covered when the MailWrap is on the mailbox?
Each MailWraps mailbox cover comes with a set of 1-inch vinyl self-adhesive numbers.
They can be placed on the covers at the discretion of the customer or on the front door of the mailbox.
The numbers are included in each package and attach easily.

MailWraps Addressables are premium mailbox covers with artwork specially prepared to allow personalization with your address number.
Addressables come with large color-coordinated numbers that are easy to apply.

We have strong winds in our area. Will MailWraps blow away?
No. This is frequently raised as a concern, but is very seldom a problem. When attached normally, MailWraps fit so well that wind cannot get underneath them.
Concerned users can attach MailWraps more permanently using the holes along the sides of each mailbox cover.
In reality, however, this is not the problem some consumers perceive it to be.

Why are the Yard DeSign stakes so expensive to ship?
They are constructed of metal and weigh over 4 pounds each. They are built to withstand the hottest summers and the coldest winters.

Your house and garden flags are a little more expensive than some other companies, why?
You get what you pay for. We inspect and test EVERY new product we sell before it is listed. We can carry cheaper flags but choose not to. Don't get us wrong, we would love to have you come back every year and buy a new flag, just not the same one every year! What you hang outside of your home or garden reflects on us also. Simply put, the philosophy we use everyday is: If it's not good enough for us, it's not good enough for our customers.

Do I need to purchase the mat frame to use the Decorative Doormats?
No.  You can use the doormats without the frame.  We will tell you that the frame adds a level of beauty to the doormat not found in stores.

I'm afraid the mat will fade, it's in the sun all day.
Well all we can say is we've had these mats outside in southern exposure for over two years and they STILL look brand new.  Again, we only sell products we would use or do use.
No second rate products here!

Will the Designer Doormat frame blow away?
Well, I wouldn't leave it out during a hurricane!  It weighs close to 10 pounds!  Ours has been in front of our house for over two years and has never moved.

Why do you charge shipping?
Simple, shipping cost money and has increased dramatically over the past two years. We only charge you what we pay, we do not pad or mark up shipping charges. We utilize real time shipping calculations for USPS and UPS which means shipping charges are calculated by weight. Upon checkout, you choose how you want your product delivered, not us! If we offered free shipping on all orders our prices would be inflated to cover the cost of shipping. That's not how we do business here, never have, never will. We do offer free shipping on orders over $50.00 and run specials throughout the year.

How fast will I get my order?
Most orders ship out within two business days. We will e-mail you your tracking number once your order has been processed and shipped.  Please check your junk mail or spam folder in your e-mail program if you do not receive an e-mail from us.  Live tracking information is available on our website under your account. Of course you can always contact us and we will be glad to help.

My charge card statement says N&J Enterprises not Lawn and House Decor, why?
N&J Enterprises, LLC owns Lawn and House Decor.
